<h2>1.Do you ship to all countries?</h2>
<p>Yes we do! We ship worldwide.</p>
<h2>2.How much is the shipping cost?</h2>
  <p>2.1 Economy shipping: Flat rate USD6 for all countries worldwide.
  2.2 Express shipping: Flat rate USD30 for all countries
except Chile, Iceland, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Puerto Rico, Réunion Island and remote regions in some countries.</p>
<h2>3.How long does it take for my order to reach me?</h2>
<p>This depends on your location and chosen delivery method.
For DHL express shipping, it will take an estimate of 3 - 5 business days to be delivered.
For economy shipping, it will take an estimate of 6 -14 business days to be delivered, depending on your location.</p>
<h2>4.Where is my order?</h2>
<p>Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can  input the order ID and Email to track your parcel using the links below.

<h2>5.How long does it take to ship out the order?</h2>
<p>We aim to dispatch all customer orders within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends.
For sale period, festive season and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 3 - 5 days in these cases</p>
<h2>6.Will I be charged handling fees, duties and taxes?</h2>
<p>There may be duties, taxes or handling fees incurred on your shipment. Tax and custom charges is dependent on your country law &amp; regulations. 
CHARMCCI does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.

We are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. If required by local authorities, the postal company may
 reach out to you for more information such as tax ID for customs clearance.
As we sell direct to customers with no high markups, please be assured that even after taxes, our prices are still the same or even lower than retailers.</p>
